How we can help

Material sampling

We take agreed material samples on site and arrange analysis by an external laboratory. You receive the laboratory report.

Asbestos removal and disposal

We plan the agreed work around the findings, material condition, quantities and access. The method and protective measures depend on the specific job.

Planning from an existing report

If you already have a laboratory report, send the complete document. We check whether it covers the materials and layers affected by your planned work.

What material sampling tells you

Before sampling, we agree which materials will be tested, how many samples are needed and the costs. After the analysis, we discuss the results and next steps.

A result applies to the samples tested. One negative sample does not establish that an entire building is asbestos-free. This service covers material testing within the agreed scope. It does not include a comprehensive building survey.

If suspected material has already been damaged

Stop work that could disturb the material or raise more dust. Keep other people away from the affected area. Do not sweep, brush or use a household vacuum cleaner on suspected asbestos debris.

Use existing photographs and reports when describing the incident. Do not open, break or sample materials yourself to prepare an enquiry. The affected area and any further work need a professional assessment.

Send a written enquiry

Email baileybau@web.de with a short description of your project or concern. Existing photographs, plans and complete laboratory reports can help. Do not disturb suspected materials to obtain them.

Useful details include the property location, what has already happened, the work you are planning and what is known about access. You can start without having every detail.

Your enquiry is not an order or a confirmed appointment. The scope, quotation and timing are agreed separately.
